What will you do?
Main Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures involving complex data landscapes, legacy systems, and regulatory constraints.
- Define and ensure alignment of solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Operate within formal architecture governance and assurance frameworks, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
- Provide technical leadership across all phases of IT delivery: requirements, design, build/configuration, testing, implementation, and transition to BAU.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage dependencies and deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
- Participate in architecture boards and governance forums, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect (+4 years of experience).
- Experience designing solutions involving complex data, legacy platforms, and regulatory constraints.
- Strong understanding of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid architectures.
- Experience operating within formal architecture governance and assurance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
- Advanced English.
What we value
- Strong knowledge of Financial Crime domains (AML, Sanctions, Screening, Monitoring, KYC/KYB).
- Experience with large-scale bank migrations (e.g., TSB).
- Familiarity with platforms such as Actimize, Appian, and enterprise data platforms.
- Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF).
- Proactivity, critical thinking, and results orientation.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest technological trends and regulatory expectations.
- Leadership skills to drive technical initiatives and add value from design to implementation.
